Account name

An account name is a name that a user registers on the U°OS blockchain.

The account name is linked to the user's brainkey and the public-private key pairs.

The account name has the following conventions:

• Must be 12 characters
• Can only contain the characters abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz12345, a-z (lowercase), 1-5
